Buying a Property
You have found a home or a building site that you want. Our Property Solicitors will contact the vendor’s lawyer and get a copy of the title deeds for the property and the Contract.
The lawyer will then study the deeds for the property and make sure all legal formalities are taken care of and arrange for you to sign the Contract.
They may insert Special Conditions into the Contract tailored to your specific instructions. Once the Contract is accepted, all title matters are in order and your lawyer has received the purchase money they will complete your purchase.
They will then have the property registered in your name.
